This easy orange icing eating healthy recipe is very similar to the easy icing eating healthy recipe. The only difference is the use of orange juice instead of water. It’s great on cookies, orange cake, angel food cake, and cupcakes. I also love orange icing on chocolate cake and brownies.
You can add more or less orange juice to get the consistency you need.
(Note: Because regular powdered sugar is not a vegan ingredient due to the processing methods used, strict vegans will need to either make their own powdered sugar or purchase a vegan powdered sugar such as Hain Organic Powdered Sugar)
Ingredients
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
Directions
Blend with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
